In this advanced version you will only hear the frequencies and a voice telling you when a frequency is changing towards the next one.
Epsilon / < 0.5 hz
Recently the brainwaves below 0.5hz have been classified as a separate band called Epsilon. Interestingly again we find that they are strongly relateci to the highest frequency brainwaves (Lambda) in that if you zoom in far enough you would see that embedded within the slow Epsilon frequency is a very fast Lambda frequency wave. The same states of consciousness are associateci with both Lambda and Epsilon waves. Wholeness and integration seem to be the main themes of these brainwaves.
Delta / 0.5 hz – 3 hz
Delta activity is characterized by frequencies under 3 Hz and is absent in awake healthy adults, but is physiological and normai in awake children under the age of 13. Delta waves are also naturally present in stage three and four of sleep (deep sleep) but not in stages 1, 2, and rapid eye movement (REM) of sleep. Finally, delta rhythm can be observed in cases of brain injury and comatose patients. This is also the deepest state of meditation where profound psychological healing takes piace if the practitioner can enter the state while retaining consciousness.
Theta / 3 hz 8 hz
Theta waves have been identified as the gateway to learning and memory. Theta meditation increases creativity, enhances learning, reduces stress and awakens intuition as well as other extrasensory perception skills. Theta allows us to receive creative inspirations and is also responsible for many visionary and spiritual experiences. Out of body experiences can occur at theta frequencies as can spontaneous healings and other mystical experiences. The highest amounts of Human Growth Hormone are released at a high Theta frequency and the Earth’s ionosphere resonates to the same rhythm. This frequency is also where much of the brain’s normally unused areas become most active.
Alpha / 8hz – 12hz
Awake but relaxed and not processing much information. Scientists have shown that highly creative people have different brain waves from normai and non-creative people. In order to have a creative inspiration, your brain needs to be able to generate a big burst of Alpha brain waves, mostly on the left side of the brain. The brains of creative people can generate these
big Alpha brain wave bursts, and do so when they are faced with problems to solve. Normai and non-creative people do not produce Alpha brainwave increases when they are faced with problems, and so they cannot come up with creative ideas and solutions. Any time you have an insight or an inspiration, you know your brain just produced more Alpha waves than usual.
Beta / 12hz – 40 hz
Beta states are the ones associateci with normai waking consciousness. Low amplitude beta with multiple and varying frequencies is often associateci with active, busy or anxious thinking and active concentration. It can be useful for people with ADD, depression or other emotional problems and can help with focused concentration, alertness and increasing IQ.
Gamma / 40hz – 100hz
Gamma brainwaves are usually very weak in normai people but have recently been found to be very strong in Tibetan monks while doing a Loving Kindness meditation. 40hz becomes the dominant frequency of these monks while meditating and it is also the frequency that the core of Earth resonates to. A very important frequency when it comes to higher awareness and mystical experiences.
Lambda / 100hz – 200 hz
Recently reported very high frequency brainwaves. Associateci with wholeness and integration. Also associateci with mystical experiences and out of body experiences. Interestingly these extremely high frequency brainwaves seem to ride on a very low frequency Epsilon wave. ie If you were to zoom out from the high frequency Lambda wave far enough you would see that it is riding on a larger very low frequency wave.
This meditation with frequencies will stimulate the physical brain to synchronize and connect with the higher mind by opening up to increasingly more expanded states of consciousness.
While listening to the various frequencies, it is important you stimulate their qualities, immersing yourself in the suggestions connected to the function of each frequency. This practice was created to harmonize, synchronize and amplify the vibrational frequencies of the brain’s neurological network, increasing its conductivity. By training to understand the relationship between the states of consciousness stimulated by the different brain frequencies, we can gradually become able to notice the state in which we are in everyday life and pass from one state to another in a more conscious way depending on what we need.
Our physical brain constantly receives information from the higher mind in the form of vibrations that it then translates into states of consciousness, which are basically energy structures made of thoughts, emotions and sensations. Academic science is still a little behind in the study and understanding of these frequencies (or if it is not … these discoveries have not yet been disclosed to the public!), But there are spiritual masters who have long been providing guidance on how to properly use brain frequencies to open up to increasingly vivid states of awakening. One of these masters is Bashar, and the practice you find here was created from his 2017 teaching called “The Circle of Self-Empowerment“.
The basic idea is to stimulate the physical brain to absorb the main types of brain frequencies in a certain order, while deeply integrating the meaning and quality of each frequency.
How long should the meditation take?
The ideal way to start perceiving results is to repeat it for 1 to 3 months, every day for no more than 15 minutes a day. If you meditate before bed, you may be promoting lucid dreaming and out-of-body experiences as well.
Notes
The frequencies used in this meditation are monaural frequencies, they will entrain the brain even if you listen without headphones, but the effect will be weaker. Only if you suffer from epilepsy it is advised to NOT use headphones, otherwise use them for better results.
Thank you for all of your meditations and the amazing amount of high quality audio production you have put into them. There are so many sites and apps for meditation but still I always come back to you as I find what you do to be the best for me. Thank you deeply.
Thank you, Lucas! I have really put a lot of love into these audios 🙂 and I am happy that you feel it.
