Emotional Balancing (20 min.)

A guided meditation to balance your whole emotional system using your breathing as well as the heart energy center. You will be reminded what is the true purpose of our emotions and how to use their energy flow to correct the course of your life at any moment. You will see how easy it is to come back to a natural and balanced emotional state, and even when those emotions seem to be really negative, you will see how you can move through them very gradually in a positive direction, instead than running away from their overwhelming energy.
