This’s all about what foods boosted my TK skills and which ones robbed me of energy. Also includes some simple detoxification methods and meditation advice as well. Dr. Willard Water: Two 8 oz glasses of the clear kind, properly dilluted. Might start small and build up.
Calcium Bentonite Clay: I drink a 2 ounce shot once per day. 7 days on then 7days off. Be careful taking clay baths. It might clog your drain.
Znatural: Use as recommended on package. Highly Recommended.
Gama Sea Salt: Use just like regular salt, but without the guilt trip. It’s a bit saltier tasting than sodium chloride.
