Transforming Fear (18 min.)

Before beginning this guided meditation, choose a situation that generates suffering in you, or any other kind of negative emotion. Once you have chosen the situation, identify the fear that stimulates the suffering, ask yourself: “what do I fear about this situation?”. And once you have identified the fear, begin the meditation.
