Send Healing Energy (20 min.)

In this meditation I will guide you in the process of sending healing energy to a loved one. If you want, you can make an appointment with the person and ask them to meditate during the treatment, so that they can experience it with you. If the person receives the treatment consciously, the results may be more effective, but you can certainly also send them energy anonymously: proceed as you prefer.
