This meditation is not an exercise in relaxation, rather, it is a conscious journey towards your Shadow. Only do this meditation when you feel in a good psycho-physical state.

You will be guided towards encountering the things you fear, your guilt, your unresolved issues. You will be guided to truly face these fears and retrieve the energy stuck in them. To do so, though, you have to become the light illuminating the shadow, and you need to let your fear be able to express itself through you, without fighting it and without trying to control it. When we let fear be able to express itself, it fulfils its task and then becomes something else. When, instead, we resist fear, when we are afraid of the fear itself, then it persists and, in this fight of resistance, we lose a great deal of energy.
